To install PopupCD, drag it into your Control Panels folder. To install DisplayCD, drag it into your Control Strip Modules folder or directly onto the Control Strip. You may also drag them directly onto your closed System folder and the system will put them in the proper folder. Both will become active after you restart. You *cannot* use DisplayCD without PopupCD, it acts as an onscreen display for PopupCD only.
